Ore Auger Balance Update 0.005

This release is a minor update to get feedback on balance between mining locally vs exploring. 

Build Changes

Balance

• Balance fuel so players can go further from shops. This required changes to material spacing and price change as well.
• Slightly Increased Player Speed.

New Features

• Credits Button (I know, not super exciting)

Improvements

• Battery Text changes color when draining

Fixed Bug

• Stop drill and thruster sound on player script disable
