Grapplehook

Swing around on a Grapple Hook.

Added training area and two levels.

Controls

• Move - WASD (slowed while grappled in air)
• Jump - Spacebar
• Grapple Hook - Right Click

While grappled:

• Release - Right Click
• Forward Boost (Releases Grapple Hook) - Space
• Retract Rope - Shift
• Extend Rope - Ctrl (Don't push other keys, may trigger browser hotkeys)
